I just have to say THANK YOU to The Butler Did It for helping to make our daughter’s wedding day MAGICAL. From our first meeting with Erin Monahan to the day of the wedding we felt at ease, knowing she had thought of everything! I can’t tell you how many times I have said “Our caterer is more like a wedding planner.” She suggested things that we hadn’t even thought of and coordinated the day with the rental companies and the photographer and the DJ and the venue. She was a JOY to work with. When we entered the ballroom and saw how elegant the tables were set it took our breath away. The staff were friendly and willing to please. Our guests enjoyed themselves so much and ranted and raved about the quality of the food. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Butler Did It to our family and friends.

I can’t thank you enough for all of the amazing work performed by The Butler Did It for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party. From our first email exchange through to the party’s cleanup last Saturday night I’ve found you and your staff to be exceedingly professional, efficient, and fun. That’s nearly three months of contact in which one might expect that some glitch could appear, some problem emerge that we might have had difficulty working through. But there was none of that. There was simply a great working relationship that culminated in an incredible party. All I can say is that you are all very, very good at what you do!
We truly had an incredible party that none of us will ever forget. My husband was 100% surprised and really just very bowled over by the whole evening. This was in no small part due to the brilliant job your staff did throughout the night.
Sharon was fantastic to work with, so accommodating, pleasant, and warm. Knowing we were in her hands helped me relax from the very beginning and really enjoy myself, something I’d been looking forward to after all of the planning and the stress. She clearly worked really well with your other staff, each of whom was also very friendly and hard-working.
I got too-many-to-count great comments about all of the food, from the appetizers through to the desserts. The presentation was awesome and everything looked as good as it tasted. Your staff had done a beautiful job setting everything up before we arrived. When we walked in I remember thinking that the tables were so lovely. I’d already known more or less what they’d look like and still it was surprising and fun for me. I can only imagine how blown away my husband was!
I’m so grateful to have discovered you and your company and I will highly recommend you in any way I can in the future.

I just wanted to e-mail you and thank you and your staff so very much for a superb job. Our neuroscience day lunch was the best one ever (it was the 29th one!!). Everything looked absolutely amazing. It really did. The feedback regarding the catering was excellent ++, I just wish you could have been there to hear it. Thank you! You and your team did a terrific job at my client’s company picnic yesterday. The food was very well received, and I heard many, many positive comments on it – as you and I well know, catering can be the deciding factor in guests’ assessments of any given event. Along with cooperative weather and a fun atmosphere, it all resulted in a very successful Family Picnic for about 800 guests.
The menu you developed for us was ideal for this event; it met both our guests’ needs and our budget needs – no small feat in itself. Your staff were warm and professional, and the buffet was well laid out, prettily decorated, and abundant. As well, I really appreciate your “team” approach with our other suppliers, and your clarity and transparency regarding billing.

As you know, the party took place Dec 18th and brought the joy of Christmas to 125 homeless young people. Each of whom left with a full belly and a present. For many of our young people this is the only Christmas they have and we are their only family.
Every year, The Butler Did It Catering makes this party possible with your donation of a full Christmas dinner. The food and the time spent to prepare, seliver and an serve the meal is an amazing gift and I hope you know that we could not do it without you.
Unfortunately the 125 young people you helped that day can not say thank you in person, but please know that you touch their lives and showed that someone does care.

What does one do when you decide to have a party to celebrate Christmas, a new home and a 25th wedding anniversary? You call a great catering company and leave it all up to them.
This letter is to thank you all so very much for providing such a great experience. It was so easy for us just to tell you what we wanted and it was done.
We were very impressed with the staff, their attention to professionalism, their attention to detail and their willingness to serve. Our dining room table looked spectacular with the festive details.
The food was wonderful. All of our guests commented on how great the food was. It’s not easy providing enough for 40 plus people. You ho9wever achieved that. From appetizers to the dessert table, everything was wonderful. In fact I’d love to have the recipes for several dishes.
We look forward to using “The Butler” for our next big party.

The Finer Details is Vancouver event planning company which specializes in organizing memorable occasions. Every so often, if life you get more than you expect.The day of my stepdaughters wedding was such a day. I expected a good meal, at a fair price served by efficient staff. Surprise! Instead I walked onto the yacht with no air conditioning, to see your staff working so hard to make things perfect. They not only were doing “their” work, they were also helping our florist. I think in this situation most people would be grumpy and show their aggrevation. Your staff were fabulous, smiling, friendly and doing everything within their cvontrol to make it happen. I can not say enough good things about them to show my appreciation.
Your company is very lucky to have such a dedicated staff. Oh by the way, the food was delicious, plenty of it and all at a very good price.
