Add an Appetizer Package to any of our Buffet Menus. All Appetizer Packages are based on a minimum of 40 people and in addition to a full buffet.

• Baked Brie with Toasted Walnuts wrapped in Puff Pastry
• The Butler’s Own Spinach and Artichoke heart Dip
• All of the above served with assorted Baguette Wedges
• Fresh Garden Vegetable Wreath served with Herb Dip

Appetizer Package #2
(Three appetizers per person served on silver trays garnished with fresh flowers)

• Wild Mushroom Phyllo Bundles
• Assorted Mini Quiche Tartlets
• Wild Atlantic Salmon Fillets wrapped in Puffed Pastry served with a fresh Dill Dip
• Festive Mini Tortilla Pinwheel Wrap Bites: Red pepper & Spinach Tortilla’s filled with Chef-Inspired savoury ingredients.

$4.50 per person



Appetizer Package #3
(Four appetizers per person served on silver trays garnished with fresh flowers)

• Pickled Asparagus wrapped in thinly sliced Prosciutto
• Goat’s Cheese and Grape Truffles with Pistachio Dust
• Skewered Chicken Tenders in a Cranberry Mustard Glaze
• Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin Skewers
• Grilled Prawns with Wasabi Glaze
