- Service Staff are $25.00/hour, Banquet Captains are $27.00/hour On-site Chefs are $25.00/hour (all staff are billed for a minimum 4 hours).
- A 18% gratuity is applicable if Service Staff are required.
- We can arrange for the rental of table linens, glassware, china and flatware - please ask for a specific quote as these items are not included in the menu prices.
- Menu prices are based on a minimum of 40 people.
