 Notes for ordering

  • All orders will be creatively presented on re-usable trays and baskets.
  • Upon delivery we will arrange a mutually convenient time for pick up, usually within 48 hours. There will be additional charges for any lost or damaged trays/baskets or if same day pick up is required.
  • We appreciate 24 hours notice for most orders, however, we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
  • All breakfast orders must be received no later than 3:00 PM the day before - sorry no exceptions.
  • We require full payment upon delivery, unless previous credit arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for your convenience.
  • Cancellation/Changes made with less than 24 hours notice prior to delivery date will be charged at full estimated costs.

NO DELIVERY CHARGES FOR COFFEE BREAKS when a lunch is ordered for the same day and location (minimum 10 people. Zone 1 only).

 Additional Information

  • Service Staff are $22.00/hour, Banquet Captains are $25.00/hour On-site Chefs are $24.00/hour (all staff are billed for a minimum 4 hours).
  • A 15% gratuity is applicable if Service Staff are required.
  • We can arrange for the rental of table linens, glassware, china and flatware - please ask for a specific quote as these items are not included in the menu prices.
  • Menu prices are based on a minimum of 40 people.
